He serves as Chief Medical Officer of Sight Growth Partners, one of the largest integrated ophthalmology platforms in the U.S., where he leads clinical strategy, physician recruitment, and operational excellence.

A board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained cornea and refractive surgeon, Brad maintains an active surgical practice while guiding corporate development in private equity-backed healthcare. He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, focusing on M&A, venture capital, and healthcare strategy, and is President of the New York State Ophthalmological Society. He advises multiple healthcare startups, bringing a blend of clinical, operational, and investment insight to early-stage companies.

Paul Kwak is a seasoned healthcare, defense, and enterprise-AI executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across life sciences, corporate development, and federal innovation. He serves as Senior Director of Strategic Solutions at C3 AI, where he leads enterprise AI initiatives for national security and healthcare stakeholders.

Previously, Paul led data and analytics programs at Technomics and Group W, supporting the U.S. Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies.

Natalia Felpel is an emerging venture investor with a background spanning consulting at a Big Four firm, corporate business development, and entrepreneurship. She has managed strategic initiatives for multinational corporations and holding groups, and gained hands-on experience at the European Space Agency, within startups, and as a founder.

Natalia holds double master’s degrees from leading universities including USC, CEMS, ESADE, LSE, and CBS, and brings a global perspective to supporting early-stage companies as they scale.
