Tomasz brings over a decade of experience leading global business development and M&A strategy at Fortune 500 companies, pairing corporate expertise with entrepreneurial rigor and insight into early-stage investing. A founder and active angel investor, he understands both the operational challenges of building and scaling businesses and the discipline required for investment success.

At Columbia Business School, Tomasz serves as Vice President of the Venture Capital Club and Vice President of the Entrepreneurship Club. He is also an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at StartupLab, Columbia’s SoHo-based incubator, and has supported dozens of startups through Columbia’s venture ecosystem and related organizations.

Beyond academia and venture, Tomasz is a strategic contributor to the Felpel Family Office, where he helps direct investments across technology, healthcare, and real estate. He is also a partner at Value Alpha, applying machine learning to early-stage sourcing in healthcare.
